Step 1: clone stable/kilo branch of devstack
$ git clone https://github.com/openstack-dev/devstack.git -b stable/kilo
Step 2: go to cloned folder
$cd devstack
Step 3: Install Openstack by running "stack.sh" script.
$ ./stack.sh
Step 4: Open browser and access horizon dashbord
http://ip-address
After enter the ip address in the browser you can see the bellow admin login page:
